The original creation of the elemental theocracy.
The Jozu Dynasty was founded by a group of adventurers/explorer that was traveling around the region, specifically the main island of Dokuji. They felt the influence of the elemental planes, on the region and themselves and decided to found a town in the area. The town grew over time to become Oritsu, the capital of the Dynasty, and as more cities and towns aligned their interest with them, the Jozu Dynasty was born.
