Elementally Charged Pistol

This technology was designed and created by Saeed Al-Shaibani taking inspiration from the technology of firearms from Goldmoor and elementally charged crystals from the Jozu Dynasty. The pistols are therefore easier to use, and do not require large amounts of gunpowder and bullets, and require reloading more seldomly. However, this can be offset by the fact that the pistol needs to be reloaded with perhaps more rare and more expensive materials. Additionally, since the pistol fires energy "bullets" it does not change much depending on where on the person that the shot hits.
