INTRODUCTION 

Roland Rolandson was the eigth ruler of the Tsondalian Free Empire. He succeeded his father Roland II following his death in 3205. Roland's reign was fraught with contreversy and war, largely due to his questionable decision to invade Ithrium and attempt to take the strategic city of Saelmere in 3211, and again in 3289. Roland is often noted to have been a distraught and frustrated individual, leading many to doubt his ability to rule. Roland died in a fire in 3296 3p, but there was no foul play. His only child Roland succeeded him 3296, but his line would end just three months later. Roland III was the last true king of The Underson Dynasty.
