Drow
INTRODUCTION
Drows are one of the most distinct, yet rare species in Abeon. They are a kind of dark-elf which primarily keeps to themselves, yet have a warlike culture. Drows are typically found on islands or near bodies of water because of their abilities to swim and sail. Drows have been present on Abeon since the second period, but originated in Dragonwing before being driven northward during the Chambraidic Wars for Freedom in the early 300's. There are two main ethnicities within drows: Easternling and Torallian. The distinction is mainly in their location and culture, with very little changing of physical features between the two. While their population remains fairly small in Abeon, they have had a chokehold on power in the southern half for well over 2000 years.
