Battle for the Marsh

INTRODUCTION The Battle for the Marsh was a small-scale invasion of the eastern shore of the Archian Empire by bandit raids of Chambraids from The Northern Isles Kingdom. The invasion caught Abeon by surprise, as it was the first time the chambraids in the north had interacted with Abeon in nearly 700 years. The invasions lasted only 15 years, but took a great toll on the Archian population- a toll which was particularly felt by the northern people in Cizmark, Trouffen, and Adorea. King Emeric II eventually fought the chambraids back to Eastkorn, but some remained in the South Marsh, even to present day. Peace was sorted out in Finelli of 4311 4p.
The Invasion took place on Markus 44th of 4297, during a particularly warm Blossoming season.
