The Shadow Fox Tribe

Guided by Darkness and Shadow

The most secretive of the tribes, the Shadow Fox follows the teachings of Umbra, Goddess of Darkness. Due to their secretive nature, the Shadow Fox almost never allow outsiders to visit their tribe, though have been known to make exceptions for those deemed worthy. Those of the Shadow Fox spend most of their lives becoming one with darkness and shadow, giving all of their essence over to Umbra and seeking to become much more. The other tribes tend to treat the Shadow Fox with distrust and caution, as their ways include that of stealth and secrecy, having the tendency of spying on the other tribes and very rarely attempting to assassinate outsiders they deemed unfit for life in the mountains. While called assassinations, most of the time the Shadow Fox simply administers a non-lethal toxin and removes the outsider from the tribe they are visiting. There have been no reported deaths due to the Shadow Fox since the time of the first visitors. Although they partake in what most would consider non-goliath-like behavior, there is still a level of respect among their kin, and each tribe still holds this respect, even if there's a lack of trust at times.
