Overwatch is an organisation created shortly after the The Second Catalyst Event, Its sole aim is to identify Powered individuals and either bring them on board as a response to unchecked power or find some way to reduce the threat such beings pose to normal humans.
Public Agenda
To bring some order to the chaos by either recruiting like-minded Powered individuals whos motivations follow that of the organisation or to try to peacefully reduce teh threat such beings pose.
Assets
Overwatch had humble beginnings as a GoFundMe page created by an anonymous source. With the mission statement for registration and control of Powered People, Overwatch have made huge inroads in the month since the second Catalyst Event, finding themselves a UP national lobbying group for Human Rights against the growing number of Powered Beings. The group are slowly gaining traction worldwide as the impact of the second Event and its cause becomes apparent.
