Clearsky Appartments is one of the more exclusive blocks of appartments in Downtown. It is routinely used by those with means, should they wish a semi-permanent presence within the city, without resorting to the higher expense of Albany Heights.  Papparazzi and reporters can often be seen around this apppartment building, due to the sort of people that reside within.
The complex itself is gated and has a security presence.  The concierge is more than used to dealing with the needs of the overly wealthy and overly needy.
