Piers Polkiss
One of Dudley's Gang who causes particular trouble for Harry. Piers compels Harry to allow him to be the boy's benefactor out of ambition and a desire to control others. His interest in Harry was motivated mostly by Harry's refusal to submit to him like his other servants often did, but his friends interpreted his interest as a sexual or romantic inclination toward Harry (PS Chap 3).
Marge took particular note of Piers' interest in Harry and chose to use it to humiliate her nephew by dressing him as a girl and gifting him to Piers. The power trip of seeing Harry in physical pain and subordinated to Dudley's gang by force pushed Piers to explore how dominating he could be with Harry to the point of attempted sexual assault. However, Harry's own magic protected him and left both Piers and Dudley injured and humiliated instead (PS Chap 5).
