The smallest magic item shop within Seconvale, The City of Smiles, but by far the best when it comes to profits. Flightly fancies caters specifically to a wealthy clientele, providing a large supply of 'whatever you would like to traverse the skies' mostly gaining profits to custom orders.
Purpose / Function
Created on Aros 13 599, Milia Terefen found there was no magical transportation set up throughout all of Drakenvald. As an enchanter, they dedicated themself to profiteering, and even to this day holds quite a valuable business model. For smaller, or poor clientel, Milia also offers a few select toys, mostly in the form of wooden or paper birds.
