Spell Resistance: Yes

Cast using a 1st level spell slot. The creature becomes sickened based on how much HP they have. The creature must be able to hear vocal component in order to become sickened. The spellcaster must maintain concentration in order to maintain the effect for a creature. The sickened duration is based on the creatures HP as follows:

25 or Less HP=1d4+1 hours
26-50HP=1d4+1 minutes
51-100 HP=1d4+1 rounds
101+ HP=No Effect.

Eloquient Nausia

Target: One living creature with 150 HP or less

Duration: Concentration, See text

Cast using a 2nd level spell slot. The creature becomes nausiated based on how much HP they have. The creature must be able to hear vocal component in order to become nausiated. The spellcaster must maintain concentration in order to maintain the effect for a creature. The nausia duration is based on the creatures HP as follows:

50 or Less HP=2d4+2 rounds
51-100HP=1d4+1 rounds
101-150 HP=1 round
151+HP=No effect.

Eloquent Debilitation

Target: One living creature with 75 or less HP.

Cast using a 3rd level spell slot. Deal 2 points of damage to target creatures Strength. Creature must be able to hear the effect. Duration of spell depends on targets current HP total as shown:

25 or Less HP=Damage persists until healed.
26-50=Damage lasts for 1d4+1 minutes
51-75=Damage lasts 1d4+1 rounds.
76+=No effect

Eloquent Agony

Target: One living creature with 100hp or less.

Duration: Concentration, See Text

Cast using a 6th level spell slot. You deal 2 damage to a creature of your choice, and an additional 2 points of damage every round therafter for as long as the spell lasts, that you maintain concentration. The duration of the spell depends on the targets current HP as shown below. Creatures with over 100 HP only take the 2 damage, but are otherwise unaffected.

50 HP or less=4d4 Rounds
51-75 HP=2d4 Rounds
76-100 HP= 1d4 Rounds.

Eloquent Demise

Target: One living creature with 100 hp or less.

Duration: Instantaneous

Cast using a 9th level spell slot. This spell has no immediate effect.

Augment: In order to cast this spell, you must augment the spell with all available 9th level spell slots that you can cast for the day, with a minimum of two. Instantly slay one creature of your choice that has 100 or less HP. For every additional 2 9th level spell slots spent, after the original 2, increase the HP limit by 50 points.
