Nails' Bag

Nails' Bag is a small leather pouch that looks like something you would use to carry small objects, like nails, while working. While the bag itself is empty it is heavier than it would appear and quietly jingles when moved as if it contains an assortment of small metal objects. If you place a half dozen small pieces of worked metal into the bag you will summon the strange creature known as Nails from the bag. Nails is a small portly creature roughly a foot and a half tall with loose wrinkled unevenly tanned skin that appears to big for his frame. He a crooked nose that looks to have been broken and was never reset. His bat like ears are large ,pointed, and stick out farther than the width of his narrow shoulders. His left ear is missing about a third of its length and seems to have been accidently removed at some point, both ears are pierced haphazardly by random pieces of metal. All of the teeth in his wide mouth are made of nails, while this would seem to be how he got his name it is not, he in fact named himself.

Once summoned Nails will ask the summoner what they want his help with and list of a number of tasks he can , or is willing to preform. Nails is not a craftsman in any form but can perform basic menial tasks in most trade professions such as masonry, basic construction, basic low skill smithing , basic carpentry, ect. He requires the raw materials and tools to be provided  and will not work on a task that is open ended or endless. Once given a task that he agrees to Nails is a fast and tireless worker. He will also work through the night and disregard all weather conditions. Before starting any task Nails will request payment to be received upon completion. This payment is often requested in the form of small metal objects. his favorite are nails and tacks which he enjoys eating particularly untreated iron nails or decretive  tacks. Under no circumstances will he accept gold or silver both of which he detests as useless and fowl tasting. After payment Nails' Bag disappears and reappears somewhere else. Should a summoner try to cheat nails or fail to pay him the agreed amount Nails will be come enraged and return to his bag, only to return latter and sabotage the work he just performed often in cunning and insidious ways. 

Because of his ability to speed up menial tasks and the relatively cheap price he charges for his work Nails' Bag is a highly sought after artifact. It has been an extended period of time since Nails' Bag was last seen and people have begun to wonder if perhaps Nails has decided to retire, take a vacation, or merely has repapered somewhere that hasn't been found yet.
