Lieutenant Richard of the Terracom division used to be an Air Force Pilot enlisted in the United States many years back. He has seen lots of action in many nations including the results of a long-scale war in Polarium. Richard does not engage in combat despite his ranking, and is only considered a pilot specific to the R1-VT6 Airship design. Knowing the full controls and mechanics of the R1-VT6 Airship, pilot Richard is one of the best within the Terracom faction, and has been assigned to assist the team led by Jane Venn under orders of Commander Scarwood.
