Apprentice
An apprentice involves a tiny ranking system within the mage community of Polarian Clans. Being a magic apprentice always means that person has at least one "master," a mage that they are learning from. The apprentice is the apprentice of an assigned master, and the master is the assigned master of his/her apprentice. On a level of training, guidance, mentorship, and care, the apprentice is of the receiving end of these qualities.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
When the master believes his apprentice is ready and trained enough to be on thier own for a prolonged period of time, and to remain healthy, mind, body, and soul.
