Fungizard

Is it a lizard or a shroom?

An enormous fungal lizard encountered in the subterraenian cave beneath Seeblick. It slumbered beneath the water.
It turns out to be ean entirely fungus based creature mimicking/mocking the local lizard wildlife but in a grander version. Upon its death, its skin blackened.

Noteworthy abilities

Barbed tongue

DEX save - if failed target is pulled to its mouth. If the target has lost half its HP or more, it gets swallowed whole.

Digestive healing

The fungizard can eat to heal itself. It did so with a Musk Lily - not sure if this also works with non-fungal species.

Spore cloud

From its mouth it can release a gaseous spore cloud engulfing its targets. This will poision the targets for a round if they fail their CON save due to impacting their lungs.

Anatomy

Conflicting info: The lizard had two bright yellow eyes without irises at the beginning of the fight, near the end they were black seed-like sockets.
It has a barbed tongue that acts like a harpoon pulling things into itno its mouth.
