The Order of the Silverbrand, led by Sir Edric of the Ironblade, spearheaded the coalition that stood against the gnolls. Vhorrak wielded the Blackfang Spear with devastating effect, cutting down dozens of warriors and inspiring terror in his foes. Sir Edric faced Vhorrak in single combat during the Battle of the Broken Fang. Though the fight nearly cost him his life, Edric struck down the gnoll warlord, breaking the horde’s power. The gnoll horde, leaderless and fractured, retreated back to the savannah.
