Sehanine Moonbow is the elvish goddess of dreams, mysteries, the moon, and travel. As a goddess of the moon, her powers are believed to wax and wane with its phases, and her most devout followers often interpret their dreams the night of the full moon as signs from Sehanine herself. She is patroness of the moon elves, a sect of elves who live their lives by the light of the moon in the far north of the Frozen Expanse. She is considered a far-ranging goddess, and many elves pray to her before venturing out into the unknown.
Sehanine is also the caretaker and protector of the elven dead, due to her role in both dreams and travel. As the elven dead are said to journey towards their next destination, the grieving call on Sehanine to escort them safely through the dream-world and to Naralis, the god of the dead.
