Meilikki the Forest Queen
the Forest Queen
Meilikki, the Lady of the Forest, the Forest Queen, is the half-elven goddess of autumn, the forest and its inhabitants (including fey, dryads, rangers, and creatures). She has next to no following in present-day Meloria besides the half-elves who live there, despite being widely regarded as the goddess behind the turning of seasons. She has a small alcove in the Great Garden dedicated to her as the goddess of autumn. Her symbol is the head of a unicorn. The seventh month of the Pinarian year, Likki, is named after her.
In the Dread Forest, Meilikki is followed by many rangers, and is known by them as the Supreme Ranger. As a half-elven deity, she is regarded as an interloper in the Seldarine by many elves, although some still recognize her as a member. Unicorns are considered sacred to her, and rangers often regard meeting or seeing a unicorn as if they had seen the goddess herself.
