Blistering Tornado

Tempystes that seem to happen out of nowhere. They don't last long, but they are like a blizzard of sub-zero temperatures, whipping round and round, tearing apart any poorly built structures in their path. It is rumored that giant frozen Coatl live at the heart of these phenomena, but where do they go when the tempyste disappears into the sky?
