The Lizarb King

The Lizarb King is the tyrant ruler of the Diamondhead fief a pocket dimension accessible through a few naturally occurring thinnies that appear in preternatural mists.
How he obtained the fief is unclear, but his power is absolute. He is obsessed with ostentatious showings of his wealth and power to the few he considers worthy: wealthy traders, delegates, and nobles who petition his court for trade in the rich natural resources of the fief, most notably the abundance of hexech veins throughout Diamondhead.

Some who encounter the Lizarb King claim his eyes are indeed red and rather intensely so, not the steel-blue that most report. These people also report noting the more flushed, reddish hue to his otherwise sallow skin.
