The High Elf Capital of Dulac

The city of Dulac is the seat of power for the High Elves in Percens.  It houses the Elven Court, where the King of the High Elves rules over the Elven Realms, advised by his trusted advisors from the Wood Elves in the Elven Grove.  The court is always a hive of activity and regularly hosts representatives from the other nations of the world.  During these times, the city shines like nothing else in the world, as the High Elves believe in celebrating their allies with lavish feasts and festivals.
The city is a miracle of Elven ingenuity while perfectly reflecting their grace, elegance, and view on life.  The tall slender towers dot the skyline with pastel colors of all sorts, almost looking like a bed of exotic flowers from a distance and reflect off the clear waters of Crystal Lake.  Bards from around the world sign of the beauty of the city, especially the spectacle of Dulac at sunset against the backdrop of the lake.  The fact that the city houses schools of music, poetry, and art means the splendor of the city is captured in every medium possible by students from around the world.
