He was a descendant of Ulf Sprinklage, founder of House Sprinklage. Known for being power-hungry and very persuasive, he had a close relationship with King Lionel Gardener, who's two sons were both 'mysteriously' killed in an accident. Garth married King Lionel's daughter (and only remaining child or heir), making him and his own heirs kings.
