The Divine Thread

Threads are a concept, a phenomena, something other and not quiet describable to fall into a category. They are responsible for forces that can be influenced by the creatures of the world and are believed to therefore be tied to an individual and their potential. All in all the one thing they all have in common is that they are invisible to most senses, only a select few can see some threads in specific circumstances.
Other than that, each Thread is best described on its own.

While appearing to refer to divine magic, this is misleading. For divine magic also acts on The Magic Thread. No, the Divine Thread refers to that within a Descendant. Or at least that's the theory, since so little is known about them, and their existences are few and far between. A few things have been observed at least, for one, every deity can have but one Divine Thread and it can only be woven entirely into one being at a time, so should a parent pass it onto their child, the child would eventually pull all power into themselves - the thread unwoven then rewoven elsewhere. It should also be noted, inheritance of Divine Thread is rare as divinity seems to favour choosing their Descendants by an unknown criteria.

The second, to be seen a few times on record, is that those with a Divine Thread do not appear to be able to influence the Magic Thread as others could learn to, and none - despite lineage - are able to inherit The Animalian Thread and its abilities at all. It would appear these threads take up a sort of space within that cannot overlap.
So while the inheritance of these powers seems to be unique and intense, they are unable to learn of magics outside of its parameters or ever be able to tilt.

Manifestation

The circumstances in which someone could see this thread within another is very limited, but it is on record to appear as a sleek thread of gold.
