Darkness

The Darkness Core was the only Core to be swayed by the Abyssmals during the The Core War perhaps by their nature they thrived in the darkness and Darkness was swayed by their praise and favour or perhaps by their mass use of Darkness's shroud it had no choice in the matter. Nevertheless, due to being a Core and not a god, Darkness could not be bound and controlled in the same way as the rest of the Abyssmals, and instead was put in a deep sleep by the Sleep Core.

It was once believed the Darkness Core was the creator, or at least the instigator of the creation process, of the Stygvens however they themselves and the rest of the current world would simply say they came from the dark and not a Darkness 'being' known as a Core.
