MYTHOLOGY
From the moment of birth, as is his nature, he was scheming to rule all others. This came to a peak during The Core War were the confusion, fear and hatred allowed him to easily manipulate mortals into endless pacts for his own power. It was during this conflict that he was able to capture Propheus, allowing him to see into the battle's end. What he saw, was a loss for the war. So he would win a battle. He retreated off the plane into that of Death, Ribosia, and carved out a second layer below to become a plane of punishment for the immortals that have only done wrong. Lose the war to restart life? Win the battle to at least punish them. When the war concluded as he foresaw, those humans he'd made pacts with were... useless in a war no longer waging. But such evil had left it's mark, and so these beings are known as the Dra'vai.
PAST WORSHIP
Even then, only those of tyrannical goals or sadistic ideas of vengeance would say a prayer in his name.
PRESENT WORSHIP
None outwardly and publicly in most civilisations. Truly, there is no deception about where your soul will go if you do, so why do it?
