The Day Coast Salt Flood
The Salt Flood
Upon the sand dunes or the cliff sides one can distinguish a stark pink line and a lack of vegetation or normal animal life beneath it. The salt water discolors stone with a thick layer of white. It is the potent salt that not only discolor the landscape touched by the high tide, but utterly transforms the living conditions for man or beast.
Low tide height is an adventure with profits for those who dares it, given natural treasures of salt crystals along with rare sea shells with abnormalities.Note: the mist floats on to Duskshore, becoming the Duskshore Mist. Old Scroll Drawing: Orange as painted in this drawing, is above high tide sea level, and safe, while white lines show what is covered during high tide. Only the green sea as depicted here is certain to remain covered by the sea at all times.
