Ringed Planet
Aztlantláca is not the only terrestrial body in the system. There is the moon, and the ring system if you want to stretch the idea of terrestrial bodies.
The ring displays a simple structure related to interactions between the ring particles, the larger moon and the Pearl. It consists of bluish particles confined into a narrow band with no broad empty gaps in between. Though there are larger than average moonlets in the rings that are able to clear the paths around their own obits, before inevitably shattering in ring collisions.
Pearl Periods
Celestial bodies sort of orbit around a singular point called
the Pearl.
Per periods of orbit, there are regular bouts of physics altering instances, like in
Manidweepa, that can scramble human-made devices before snapping back regular laws of spacial physics.
Red Cycle
Like with the
toroidal planet, its moon's rocky surface is constantly being pulled into a more fluid
(rather than solid) state.
At certain times, there is a dramatic churning of the moon's iron oxide crust with the outer mantle that makes the surface glow with volcanic ash.
Colour Changing Sun
Confiscated records show the system's lone star, that also orbits the pearl, has had long stretches of time as different colours. The star that lights the system has been yellow to white to blue to red, to its final violet. This is suspected to have come about from the temporary reality changes during pearl periods that add or subtract energy from the star.
