Blue Lagoon Marine Tours

The Wave Riders' former freehold, located in the World's Fair Marina in Queens.
The Wave Riders were an all-Selkie pod (motley). Their marine tours took people out onto the ocean to see the schools of native fish in the Atlantic Ocean. These were mostly meant to be educational, but sometimes they would do fishing tours as well. 
It was remarked upon that people didn't know what was in the chum that the Wave Riders threw out, but they had more fish show up to their tours than any of the other tours offered in the marina. 
The Wave Riders got most of their Glamour (that didn't come from the balefire) from the excitement from the tourists gasping in awe as they saw a dolphin for the first time, or the triumph from a fisherman getting a large bite reeled back in.
After the Beltaine Massacre, when all members of the Wave Riders were slain, High King Dafyll gifted the freehold to the duchess of New York.

Archetype: Hearth

Hearths are the most common freeholds. Most are ancient holdings, claimed by commoners who secured and safeguarded them long before the Resurgence. No matter who owns the Hearth, it welcomes all changelings in need of safety. In return, commoners and Arcadian nobles alike rise up to defend the freehold when it needs them.
Benefit: A hearth grants its freeholders -2 difficulty on either Leadership or Socialize rolls (player’s choice) while they reside within.

Aspect:

A fishing and sightseeing location.

Appearance:

A large wooden building, painted white with the paint peeling off in some areas. It has a blue tin roof that's just beginning to rust at the corners, and there are four small speed boats parked inside. If you choose to, instead of boarding one of the boats and exiting the building on the surface of the water, dive under the water while exiting the building, you'll have passed into the chimerical side of the building.

The chimerical side is pristine and new, unlike it's counterpart in the Autumn, and the water is clear and blue, with hundreds of native fish like perch, northern pike, bass, catfish, salmon, herring, and trout.
Swimming back to shore and crossing from the shallow beach of white sand into the dark pine forest is where the trod to the Dreaming lies.

Quirks: While built on the dreams of North Atlantic fisheries and marine life, sometimes a child will desperately want to see a clownfish, or some other type of tropical fauna, and the Dreaming responds to that.
Schools of non-native fish sometimes swarm the marina before disappearing again into their home territories, thousands of miles away.
