Big Jack & Little Jack
Father and son duo that run an auto shop that Joe and Al are allowed to use the space for free.
This is partially out of patriotism, partially because Big Jack is a vet from the Great War (World War I), and sympathizes with the plight of the new crop of traumatized youngsters coming out of Asia (he still calls it shell shock).
Little Jack has been at his father's side since Ma (as they call her) died in '48. While he never saw combat, Little Jack is a vet too (World War II - what else?), and saw what it did to his compatriots.
