It really is a shame that Arthur has a talent for baseball but not the body for it. He's skinny, lanky, and wears large glasses that magnify his eyes almost comically.
As all sidhe are, he is attractive, but in a Frank Sinatra way, not in a Marlon Brando way.

History

Arthur and Finn didn't start out as friends. Arthur didn't like Finn and his girlfriend at the time, Lacey Mayweather, being so close. Finn was unaware of this at the time, and it eventually came to blows (now to be clear, this was Finn's fault - Arthur was willing to talk it out heatedly and the clurichaun in Finn decided to just end the tedious back and forth and sock Arthur in the nose already).
Finn, of course, won, and eventually the whole thing was sorted out. Arthur has felt bad ever since then and tries to help out Finn where he can - though they hardly run in the same circles.

Shared Secrets

Due to their shared history, Arthur tends to give some leeway to Finn: sneaking him into the stadium through back doors and even once getting him into the locker rooms.
