Deralus Magoniy

Deralus Magoniy was a sylph man who did reside in a humble home on the outskirts of Elspeth. He put up a notice with the local Story Teller's Guild requesting mercenaries speak with him regarding a quest to defeat a dracolich with a handsome reward offered.
It was discovered that he was actually a member of a cult worshipping said dracolich, and the true purpose of the quest was to trick powerful adventurers into freeing Ozoss, the Enduring. With his plan discovered, he was attacked by crew members of the Rolling Storm, and killed in a coup-de-grace.
