Pitax
Pitax is the name of his region within the River Kingdoms as well as the name of his capital city. The city of Pitax is filled with art and sculpture, created by the artists and poets that Irovetti sought out. Under Irovetti's rule their diplomatic relations with other countries has not been conducive to trade due to his abrasive personality.
