The Outer Ring

The Outer Ring of the Void is the area beyond the Inner Ring area, and far, far vaster.

While the Inner Ring area is relatively stable the Outer Ring is in a state of continuous flux, with islands and oddities moving slowly through the void. Train tracks do exist and the void trains do run, but the area is vast and many areas are nowhere near such easy transport.

There are many strange and unusual sights in the Outer Ring, but the region is unstable. What was there one day may be gone the next...
