Crisidius: The city in the Clouds
Crisidius is a young and vibrant city which utilizes the magically enhanced craftsmanship of Cloud Giants, to station itself among the clouds. The city has three separate elevations, with sloping ramps that descend into the low layers. There are four large towers on the upper most layer, that act as docking towers for approaching airships.
Districts:
Sky District, sitting at the upper most layer, here you will find the top of the Spire that the entire city is connected to, along with docking stations, merchant shops, and other recreational structures.
Inner District, this area is rather well protected as it sits between the other two districts. Here you will find resources necessary for the cities survival, guard barracks, guild halls, government structures, and residential areas.
Cloud District,sitting far beneath the other districts, the cloud district is protected by the cloudstone that is used to hold up the city. Here you will find construction crews, merchant warehouses, residential areas, and even parks to help bring a little green scenery to the cloud city.
While the city is connected by a giant spire, each layer stretched out a bit further than the last, causing a step like appearance.

Government
A Goliath governor works closely with representatives from the Local Dragonborn, and the cloud giant Crisidius to run the city and protect the surrounding areas.
Defences
Crisidius is defended by about 100 guards who patrol its streets. It does have 6 defensive towers, constructed with Dragonborn influence to act as aerial defenses should the city fall under attack. It is also common to see at least one Draconic Dreadnought docked near the city.
Industry & Trade
Most resources have to be imported into Crisidius, but adventuring parties are commissions to raid near by hunting grounds or sent on expeditions to explore and collect rewards from the scattered citadels throughout the realm.
History
The city was created in only 3 months with the assistance of a Cloud Giant, by which the city is named.
Architecture
The city's base is made from Cloudstone, a unique material created when infusing cloud with Cloud Giant Magic. The stone seems to lose its magical properties however, if removing it from the realm. Many of the structures on the surface of the city are made of a much lighter variant that resembels marble.
