Ian Blackwell

Ian Blackwell is the manager of New Alcatraz. He is a massive man with augmentations to make him even stronger and more durable. He is famous for once stopping an entire prison riot on his own by knocking down 8 people as well as killing 3 more.
He is ruthless in his approach to run the prison and a lot of rumors surround him and the way he runs things. He lives in Hightown and travel by helicopter every day to the island.
