New Alcatraz

In between all of the major islands sit a smaller island that has gotten the name New Alcatraz. It shares a lot of similarites with the original Alcatraz, namly the island itself and the fact that it houses a large prison, the largest prison on the islands in fact.
On the island, several large buildings are situated which houses inmates and the many guards working here. There is also a large outdoor area for the inmates as well as a dock that takes prison transport back and forth as well as a helipad for quicker access to the island.
On New Alcatraz there are mainly inmates who have done more severe crimes. Also a large number of mafia members sit here.
It is not uncommon for prison riots to happen here, often occurs around the time of a holiday or other celebration. Seeing the festivities from the main islands seems to lead to anger among the inmates.
