originally from Sarlim, this relatively uninfused human is one of the few non-Nidari to ever complete training at Highbell as a master Lifter. she keeps a dwarf Bell that lets her lift her custom sky-ship, The Cloudskirter, which then sails the winds of the world. she acts as a trader, explorer, and troop transporter, ranging widely across the world. she tends to carry small loads of high-value, often heavy, items; sometimes less than legal. she often runs the Eastern Blockade of the Pangol Empire. she often smuggles blackpowder, and in fact still uses a powerful antique matchlock firearm (though sparingly, as blackpowder is expensive).

- an ordained Giterikin Aeroanimism Shaman - not to a high level or anything, but considers the adventurous life an act of worship. able to carry out many of the rituals of the faith - beseech good fortune, conduct funerals and the like.
- why did she go and train at Highbell? she loved heights and flying? why no longer bird-pilot, and how was she spotted.
- who backed the building of the Cloudskirter? the Trader's League? a community effort? a wealthy benefactor? or was it self-funded?
- Is she involved in the Sky-sea sports? sky-sea is actually a bit of a weird fit for her, as every ship is a sky-ship there - but running the blockade seems like a cool idea.
- how does her Bell fly over land? is it because it's over a water tank? some unique aspect of her powers?

Abilities and skills:
- Master Lifter, able to get a huge amount an duration of lift out of a small Bell. However, as she has no jellyfish infusion herself, she is reliant on having Bells (or even Nidari) nearby to use her abilities. she is able to scramble/hijack a Nidari's lifting powers, which proves useful.
- expert wind-reader, using smoke or dust to determine wind directions at different altitudes, along with charts that are partly bought (and otherwise acquired) and partly created herself from experience.
- capable gunwoman.
- remains in great athletic shape, often landing to run or doing calisthenics on the Cloudskirter.
Apparel & Accessories
"The Settler": an antique blunderbuss, dating back to late in the First Blackpowder Cartel, made with enchanted wood carved from a tar-infused Kerridan tree. it is capable of firing practically any shot, and it has a short range and tremendous power, and when fired (whether with ammo or not), it releases a mass of binding, sticking tar. it also has an underslung bayonet and a metal-bound butt for hand-to-hand combat.
