Subba, Silas

Silas Subba is the Chief of Power & Engineering for Rogers Landing. While the duties of his section are broad, his most important responsibility is the upkeep and maintenance of the Landing's fusion reactor. Knowing how vital his role is--and how difficult it would be to recruit a replacement as highly trained as himself--Silas has used his position to benefit himself in multiple illicit ways. The Chief of Security, Nevins, Robert, is aware that Silas is involved in such activities but Holmes, Marcus has made it clear that there are to be no direct accusations (which might interfere with the smooth running of Rogers Landing) without incontrovertible evidence.
