Nevins, Robert

Robert Nevins is the Chief of Sec Ops for Rogers Landing. As such, he is responsible for order in the Landing and the safety of its residents. He reports directly to Holmes, Marcus and is in charge of a modest but well-trained security force.
Nevins takes his job very seriously. He finds himself regularly frustrated by both the general rowdiness of the roughnecks that make up a large portion of Rogers Landing's populace and by Holmes' willingness to overlook minor legal breaches if they keep the populace happy and productive. As such, he finds Subba, Silas to be especially irritating.
