With the initial reaction to the official signing of the Havens Peace settling and a feeling of a more permanant peace washing over the kingdom, citizens within West Haven begin to return to some semblance of normalcy.

With their aqueduct's completed the council of the Sovereignty continue to build up their defenses and improve their recently claimed territory to support their ever growing nation. Income
