Latan came to pandora with the vampire Abruun, seeking a new life. He currently is wanting to just enjoy his job making coffins. He provided a meeting place for P.E.T.A.L. but claimed he had no idea what they were up to. Latan is very good at one thing, but its doubtful you know what it is.
