Hunting Lodge - We've Got Some Worg to Do
General Summary
After portaling into West Haven, Warful lit a small candle to Waukeen, and proceeded to join the rest of the party outside the Hunter's Glen Lodge. Recent worg attacks had closed a local lumber camp in the Black Forest, but the party would have to wade through the undead plaguing the area to even get there. Nahshon got some information from That-Damned-Kobold in the Lodge after losing a few coins in cards, and the party traveled up-river to the camp. They made quick work of some zombies after landing, dispatching them before the fighting attracted a hungry ghoul. (Warful got a bit of goo on him, but that's what prestidigitation is for!) Thanks to their teamwork, they suffered no serious injuries, so they moved on to the camp which had recently been taken over by goblins.
However, upon arrival, they found all the goblins dead and a pile of fresh corpses in the middle. At the sound of a voice crying for help, Ava approached the bodies only to get a bite taken out of her for her trouble by a worg cub! Ambushed, the party almost lost Warful to the cub's mother. The party rallied and slew their prey with a few masterful spear strokes from Kalvin. They then returned to Hunter's Glen, where they turned in their trophies and joined the Lodge before heading home.
