My Lord,

I met some very interesting prospects today. One of them, Rhal Stedrisk, knows the truth and answered all of my questions, so I granted him a holy symbol and let him go. He is a half-elf with a limp and full plate. His faith seems sure, but his companions are nonbelievers. They all smell of seawater, so I would guess them to be sailors. My contacts within the Spires say they were greeted publically by High Radiance Ghentilara at the dawn service, and ate and drank with other Lathanderites. Reports of their conversation was of no substance, but seemed investigative. One report had them sniffing around the library about the Dawnbringer Company, too. Could be unrelated, but thought you should know.

One of my contacts followed their "captain" and she entered into the Font of Knowledge, but could not ascertain why. They were last spotted entering the Yawning Portal. (Supposedly they received drinks and a blessing from the legendary Durnan on their upcoming adventure, but I believe that to be a wild rumor.)

In any case, this resurrected "Dawnbringer Company" could spell trouble. There are four of them in addition to Rhal: The Ogmanyte captain, human female, a female human sellsword and her Maskarran companion, also humanoid, and a male elf spellcaster in elderly makeup. They apparently are associated with Solus Dawnbringer, a recently-arrived paladin of little note, though the group seems to keep company with many in the larger Church, so it is difficult to tell. I eagerly await further enlightenment or instructions.
