Settled by people wishing to be free from Keltas' influence and seen a model for any further colonisation. The capital, Rynes, lies at the point furthest navigable up the river from Valahe and is the location of the only bridge. Given the rough and impossible nature of the coastline, Rynes is a logical place to continue inwards. Like Valahe, has significant gold deposits, but also fur and forests.
