Personal history
The birth of Annakko would create tension in her household given her parents were of human nature. Accounts tell that it was likely her mother found the company of a wandering blue dragonborn, especially since no dragonborn were registered in her village at the time of possible conception. The infidelity would continue to strain the marriage until the mother of Annakko filed for separation after her husband once almost beat the child. Thereafter life continued to be difficult as the two women continued to toil in the work fabric weaving, the main export of their village.
Education
Scholars write that Annakko completed her training as a soldier and during her time she excelled with crafty magics. Found to be proficient in the arcane, especially with charms and disguises, she was offerred positions within (NAME). However, Annakko turned the offer down and instead elected to use her intelligence for higher pursuits. For this she was accepted into an academy of magics in a place that nurtured her natural magics and her power continued to deepen.
Employment
Completing her education at accepted academy Annakko used her cunning and hardwork to earn a position working in the palace of the reigning Sultan, Sultan Habid. Unexpected to her, Annakko was designated to be a maid within the palace, tasked with creating magics that would assist with other maid and services jobs. Reports continue that Annakko was reasonably unsatisfied, possibly blaming her half-dragon blood for the cause of possible prejudice
Taboos
The infamy of Annakko's betrayal is also tied to the relationships she created around her. Prior to her plot of vengence, Annakko made advances toward the Sultan Habid who did not receive them well. Pleased with his own wife the Sultan mercifully sent her away without revealing the attempted infidelity. Years later she would find a way to seduce him and thus Rhaego was born with a quarter of dragonborn within him. To further punish Sultan Habid, Rakkaharo was produced due to the incestuous union of Rhaego and Annakko. Thus, Rhaego was father- brother and Annakko grandmother- mother of Rakkaharo. Due to this it is guessed Rhaego's make up is three quarters dragonborn, and more dragonborn than his mother.

Motivation
Descriptions and accounts show Annakko desired power and prestige, though despite her talents she was only assigned to work as a maid within the Sultan's palace. While some may be discouraged, she saw this as an opportunity to slither her way into the Sultan's inner circle and possibly Sultan Habid himself. But since he rejected her advances she took it upon herself to seize power and find personal vengeance. After being sent away Annakko disappeared for years and in this time her original name was lost and her new alias adopted for purposes of a future plan. Opportunity came knocking again when the major drought hit the country and she devised a scheme to fool the Sultan by offering assistance and sowing the seeds of descent. By earning the title of Vizier she gained much power and planned to usurp the thrown with her two sons Rhaego and Rakkaharo.
