The Heron Captain

The spirit mist chains have two equally lethal ends - the captain and the anchor he wields

The Spirit of the Sea‌ of the Heron Ocean‌. In life, he was a pirate who became desperate as many nations began cracking down on piracy. Seeing his safe havens dwindling, he thought to try to tame the Heron Ocean Spirit. In doing so he got his entire crew killed, his ship sank, and became one with the Spirit. He now spends eternity hunting those who bring harm or chaos to the Heron Ocean, though on rare occassion, his old personality shines through and he looks for souls to add to his dead crew.
