Scepter of the Sun

A divine, tall scepter made of petrified redwood. The leather wrappings have long since been torn away. The shaft has etchings of ancient symbols of life, fire, and the sun that glow when used to cast magic. entrenched in the head of the scepter is an amber gem that glows white when strong enough magic is cast with it.
