Roger Winmore Knotley
Captain of the Red Horizon. A refined, though stern, man, he has been softened since his time in the navy. While his ship, the Red Horizon, is the same that he served on, he enjoys its modifications that enable him to use it as a transport ship for dignitaries. The dignitaries are usually his least favorite part of his new duties.
