Lazuli healing salve

A healing salve applied to aid in the recovery of many injuries. It heals 1d4 + 4 hitpoints per application. Can be applied once per wound per day. If a bandage or other sterile dressing is applied with it, it heals 1d4 + 8 hitpoints. It takes 1 minute to apply a prepared dressing, or 5 minutes to prepare and apply a dressing.
