Purrsia was a wealthy Catfolk courtesan in the 700s. She pioneered a brothel-style business where she offered protection and prestigious clients in exchange for a cut of her employees' earnings. Her pet cat, Pallas, was a pampered fluffy little thing and was also, alongside her ivory fighting fans, part of her brand.
SubvizierCassiopeia Stargazer-Greenskin gifted a copy of this set of encyclopedias to Subvizier Victor Dargent, with the hopes of fostering a better relationship with House Dargent. Published that year, Cassiopeia got Victor the encyclopedias before he had the chance to get a set for himself.
